Dr. Kanti was awesome and beyond patient as she explained my diagnosis in detail and answered all my questions patiently. Moreover, She and her team were able to take actions that began to mitigate my TMJ issues on day one! I am looking forward to my follow-up visit and working together to complete resolve my TMJ symptoms.

So grateful to have found this lovely group. From the sweet lady on my first phone call to the very thorough and gentle Dr. Kanti and her assistant Lexi, I felt very taken care of. I actually enjoyed my time with them, in spite of my painful TMJ. But I am confident they are going to fix it. I was given options and exercises. Everyone communicated clearly about what I may expect, throughout my exam and treatment. They are awesome!

The office of Orofacial Pain Associate staff are very friendly and helpful. They always acknowledge me as I come in. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kanti for about four months. She is very attentive and interested in addressing all of my concerns. My pain has greatly improved with my
new night guard. I’m thrilled I was referred to this office.

Making an appointment was easy. Check-in and paperwork were a very reasonable amount. The staff was kind and empathetic, and the Dr. Kanti took her time explaining my diagnosis and a variety of options following the exam. I felt no pressure to buy extra solutions, and check out

Thanks to the staff at Orofacial pain associates in Dallas I am free from TMJ symptoms for the first time in 40 years. I have been told I needed extensive surgery and didn’t want to go that route. But they fixed me up with a mouthpiece at night that has given me freedom from any symptoms. It truly is just miraculous to eat without having to put my jaw back in place and not
have the constant clicking! The staff at this office is so kind and professional!

I’ve been using Orofacial Pain Associates for about a year and have seen Dr. Spencer or an assistant. The office is excellent from the front desk to the medical treatment. Recently I saw Dr. Kanti and felt she was very invested in my medical history and who I am as a person. I explained that it was important to me to have a relationship with my doctor so they know me which I feel is the best way to get medical care and advice when needed. The doctor needs to
know you as a person as well as a patient. I felt very comfortable and had confidence in Dr. Kanti. She was tentative and spent time with me without making me feel rushed. So my experience was very good seeing the new doctor and
it’s always been fairly easy to see the doctor when needed at this facility. The entire staff is easy to chat with and are very helpful. If you are in need of this type of care I would certainly recommend this office. Dr Kanti seemed very knowledgeable and took notes as I spoke. She was open to answering any questions I had including her background. She even
offered insight to research being done for my issue. I think you’ll like the facility, very clean and staff. I’m very particular with doctors and office
culture. This doctors office is an At in my opinion. Give them a try.
